SilverJay (Musician)

Iwuanyanwu JohnPeter (born 16 August 1997), popularly known as SilverJay , is a Nigerian singer, songwriter and Record producer. He was born in Zaria. He hails from Imo state. His interest in music started at a young age, but wasn't opportune to release any songs until he graduated from secondary school (St.Joseph's Minor Seminary). In 2016, he released his first single (Baby Girl) which was loved by many, since then Silver has kept releasing songs. In 2019, he studied the art of music production and in 2020, he officially became a music producer. Silver currently has 60+ released songs and still counting. According to him the name "SilverJay" was coined from Silver Spoon, which literally means (born into a wealthy family), but in his case, he said "a wealthy family will come from him" and that was why he adopted the name.
