After Hilda Baci's Cook-A-Thon was confirmed as a Guinness World Record, Chef Dammy speaks out.
Just hours after Hilda Baci's Guinness World Records status was officially confirmed, Nigerian chef Damilola Adeparusi, often known as Chef Dammy, who is currently cooking in Oye-Ekiti, broke her silence.
Chef Dammy claimed that Hilda served as a significant source of motivation on her official Twitter account.
She claims that the most well-known chef in Nigeria is Hilda Baci. She wished Hilda luck and assured her of many victories.
Her post read:
Congratulations to the best and biggest chef in Nigeria. This is surely the beginning of greater things to come. More wins are surely coming your way ma’am. Thank you for being a huge motivation.”
Hilda Baci was named the record holder for cooking for the longest hour on Tuesday, June 13 by Guinness World Records.
Indian chef Lata Tondon was now recognized as a precursor in the field following the announcement.
It should be mentioned that Ekiti chef Dammy beat Hilda's record by 100 hours on the same day Hilda's record was officially recognized by Guinness World Records.
