The skits highlighted the early struggles of Broda Shaggi and Asake in the tough entertainment industry. At that time, Asake was working as a backup for Broda Shaggi.

While Broda Shaggi was starting to establish himself as a comedian and content creator, Asake was still unknown as a singer and was trying various jobs to find success.

After the release of Asake’s third album, which is gaining popularity, some old comedy skits appeared online. In these skits, Broda Shaggi and the singer, who was his backup, were shown in a prayer session.

They began on a positive note, but things took a turn for the worse. While they started by praising God, Broda Shaggi ended up cursing someone who had stolen the head of his new charger.

Broda Shaggi said; “father Lord anybody that steals my charger head cut his head”

Asake who feels guilty responded; “No dey use prayer curse person, you don’t hear that bible said pray for your enemy.”

Asake, concerned about the heavy curse, got up, confronted Broda Shaggi, and walked away in anger.He said “Take your charger.”

The comedian reacted by cursing Asake even more.he said “God go punish you.”
