Lil Tuda, a 14-year-old rapper, was fatally shot in Chicago.

Lil Tuda, a 14-year-old aspiring rapper from Chicago who was shot and killed, was killed by gunfire.

He was reportedly shot in the head on the West Side of Chicago at 4:45 that afternoon on the 100 block of South Homan Avenue, the scene of the entire incident.

He was declared dead at Chicago's Stroger Hospital a few hours after being taken to the hospital in a critical condition.

There isn't much information given regarding what caused his death, but other sources have stated that Black-on-Black gang gun violence, which has been permeating Chicago for almost a decade now, was the likely cause.

Along with him, his friend was shot numerous times, however due to complications from the gunshot wounds, he is currently in serious condition.

Lil Tuda has now joined the long list of Chicago-based rappers who have passed away as a result of gun violence.

Residents of Chicago are deeply disturbed as gun violence persists there.
