She called in the midst of rumors that Mohbad’s autopsy report was being suppressed.

A toxicology test on the late music singer indicated that the reason for his death could not be determined, according to Wahab Shittu, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria.

Speaking to reporters during Wednesday’s coroner’s inquest, Wahab stated that the pathologist had stated in court that the singer’s body had already decayed when the test was conducted.

He said: “According to him, the cause of death cannot be determined.

“He gave a lot of reasons. He said by the time they conducted the test, the body had decomposed and that it is not possible for them to determine the cause of death.

So the summary he is saying is that the cause of death cannot be ascertained and when you say the cause of death cannot be ascertained, it means it is suspicious, it is not clear, no particular reason.”

According to Shittu, the pathologist also suggested that the reason for his death might have been a reaction to some drugs he had taken just moments before passing away.

In response, Wunmi posted the message “Ilerioluwa masun” on her Instagram account. This translates to “Ilerioluwa do not sleep.”
