“So frustrating, enough of this please” Muyiwa Ademola cries out for help

A well-known Nollywood actor named Muyiwa Ademola has expressed his displeasure with the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) over their ongoing power outages and restoration. He related how, after 18 days at work, he came home only to have the PHCN's antics frequently disturb his sleep. Ademola stated his dissatisfaction with the frequent interruptions, since the power would be turned back on for five to ten minutes before being interrupted once more. He firmly encouraged the PHCN to stop this bothersome practice, stressing how it interfered with his restful sleep.

“Cutting off and restoring power back like 50 times within 24 hours! So frustrating! IBEDC/PHCN you can actually do better!This recent act by IBEDC/PHCN in my place is so so frustrating!Been on a film set for 18 days, came back yesterday evening and they messed up the very first peaceful sleep I could have gotten!Restoring the light and interrupting it at 5 to 10 minutes intervals. It was as if someone was toying with the whole process. They should please stop this annoying act and let us do with the alternative to their epileptic power supply!Few houses including mine are installed with light alarms, can you imagine the effect of this avoidable noise pollution intermittently from 9 pm till this moment!This has been going on for months, destroying electrical appliances amidst other things. If not for the fact neighbors don’t enjoy one running generator while the IBEDC power supply is on. I would have cared less.Enough of this please!”.
