French dare-devil known for high-rise tricks sadly dies after falling from 68th floor
Remi Lucidi, a well-known extreme sports expert from France, perished when he fell from the 68th level of the Tregunter Tower complex.
The 30-year-old, also known online as Remi Enigman, was found dead following a tragic fall from the skyscraper, according to South China Morning Post
According to reports, the dead arrived at the building about six o’clock local time, rode the elevator to the 49th level, and then ascended the stairs to the top of the building.
The owner of the hostel where Lucidi was residing, Gurjit Kaur, characterized him as a “friendly and humble guy.”
Local authorities said Lucidi was last seen alive at 7:40 p.m. when he tapped on the exterior of a rooftop window, causing the maid of a resident to dial 911.
A camera belonging to Lucidi that included footage of his previous actions was discovered at the location. His most recent Instagram post, which went up last week, confirmed his presence in Hong Kong.
Although the reason of his death has not yet been officially declared by the authorities, many suspect he fell from the 68th story while taking photos for his social media profiles as he normally did.
Lucidi was described as a “friendly and humble guy” by Gurjit Kaur, the owner of the hostel where he was residing.
He chatted with Lucidi on many occasions before his death, according to a staffer at the hostel, and he claimed that he was in Hong Kong on a holiday.
“He told me he was going to hike a mountain when I asked where he was going. He said he wanted to hike a lot when he was here,” said the worker.
