‘My behaviour inexcusable’ – Diddy apologises for assaulting ex-girlfriend in viral video
American rap artist and music entrepreneur Sean Combs, better known by his stage name Diddy, has apologized publicly after it was revealed that he assaulted his ex-girlfriend Cassie in a hotel corridor back in 2016.
CNN was able to secure video footage of Diddy violently kicking and throwing items at his then-girlfriend Cassie in a Los Angeles hotel hallway in 2016.
In the video, the rapper now accepts "full responsibility" for his acts.
Speaking, Diddy acknowledged that his actions in the video were "inexcusable" in a video message that was posted on his social media website on Sunday.
He said: “My behaviour on that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my actions in that video. I’m so sorry.”
