Ladipoe, whose real name is Ladipo Eso, has made fun of the difficulties faced by Afrobeats musicians on his microblogging network, "X" (previously known as Twitter).

According to the "Feeling" hitmaker, who signed with Mavins Records, Nigerian rappers have also withstood the downturn in the music industry.

He wrote, “Nigerians rappers that survived ‘hip hop is dead’ watching Afrobeat artists go through their own”.

His post triggered massive reactions as a fan called the attention of Wizkid over Ladipoe’s statement. He said, “Wizkid Ladipo still talk nonsense yesterday o, Abeg enter that one too????????????”.

In no time, the ‘Essence’ crooner took to his social media page as he threw shades at Ladipoe’s music label boss, Don Jazzy.

According to Big Wiz, he asserted that he has nothing to say to Ladipoe, tagging Don Jazzy as an influencer.

He wrote, “lol never chatting to anyone signed to an influencer, next”.
