The lawsuit McKinney filed against Diddy on Tuesday at the federal district court in Manhattan included her allegation.

McKinney described what happened between her and the rapper, Diddy, becoming the sixth person to accuse the music producer of sexual assault.

She stated that she got to know the rapper during a Men's Fashion Week event at New York's Cipriani Downtown.

McKinney, 22, claimed in the lawsuit that the rapper asked her to the New York City location where he and several other males were using marijuana and drinking drinks.

McKinney claimed that after learning that the joint had been laced with a "narcotic or other intoxicating substance," she accepted the offer.

She claimed that when she "insisted that she had enough," Combs "demanded" that she follow him to the restroom and put pressure on her to keep smoking and drinking.

The rapper allegedly thrust himself on her, kissed her, pushed her head down to his crotch, and gave her the order to "suck it."

She said that Diddy "pushed my head down and forced oral sex," and that's why she declined.

When Cassie accused the rapper of rape, abuse, and human trafficking during their ten-year relationship, the rapper made headlines for the first time in November 2023. Nevertheless, the action was settled out of court the day it was filed.

Diddy was charged with sexual assault in a Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit shortly after his case with Cassie. When Joi Dickerson-Neal was a Syracuse University undergraduate in 1991, she filed a claim against Diddy, alleging that he had drugged and sexually assaulted her.

On the same day, a third lady reported that the rapper had molested her. The woman said that more than 30 years ago, in New York City, she and a friend were raped by singer-songwriter Aaron Hall and actor Diddy alternately.

A fourth victim accused Diddy of sexual assault in December. When the woman was seventeen, she was charged with gang rape and sex trafficking by Diddy, the former head of Bad Boy Entertainment, Harve Pierre, and a third party.

Former Diddy producer and filmmaker Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones filed a complaint on February 26 saying the rapper drugged and abused him sexually.
